Acadify collects only the information needed to provide school management, billing, support, demo access, subscription activation, referral tracking, and communication services.

School data, student records, parent contact details, staff accounts, payments, report-card records, and referral partner details are used to operate the platform and are not sold to third parties.

Payment processing is handled through approved payment providers. Acadify does not store card details. Email and WhatsApp contact information may be used for receipts, login details, support, renewal reminders, and service notices.
